OMBS7 \ See Yourself Risen With Jesus

PRAYER - "Though They Cry With A Loud Voice, I Will Not Hear"

The hand of the Lord GOD fell on Ezekiel in the plain. He saw a likeness of His Glory, a bright, fiery, amber-colored appearance. He brought him in a vision to the north, inner gate of Jerusalem, and showed him the seventy elders committing abominations near the place of the Glory of the LORD, and others committing idolatries and worshipping the sun. God will show His worst fury on such a crowd.

Ezekiel 8:18 - "Therefore will I also deal in fury: ...and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them."

PRINCIPALS - "The Sign Of The Barber's Razor"

God told Ezekiel to shave his head and beard, and demonstrate object lessons in the midst of the city. He would burn one-third of the hair, symbolizing the upcoming burning of Jerusalem. He would smite one-third with a knife, symbolizing being captured by the sword. The remaining one-third of the people would die of pestilence and famine.

Ezekiel 5:1 - "And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber's razor, and cause it to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair."

PRINCIPLES - "The Land Is God's, And He Will Cleanse It"

God spoke to the land - the mountains, hills, rivers, valleys, even the trees - "Hear the word of the Lord GOD." He declared that He would make the entire place desolate. He would send the sword and slay all those who attended the altars of idols and strew their bodies. He would then destroy all the altars and high places. The land was God's, and He determined to cleanse it.

Ezekiel 6:14 - "So will I stretch out my hand upon them, and make the land desolate, ...in all their habitations: and they shall know that I am the LORD."

PROPHECIES - "The Worst Of The Heathen Shall Possess Their Houses"

The word of the LORD said "the end is come upon thee, ...I will pour out my fury, ...I will judge thee, ...I will recompense thee for all thine abominations, ...neither will I have pity, ...and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth."

Ezekiel 7:3,8-9,21,24 - "And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it. ...Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: ...and their holy places shall be defiled."

See Yourself Risen With Jesus

Constantly keep in mind Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] risen from the dead…

- 2 Timothy 2:8, The Amplified Bible

This is the key to holding on to the blessings of God. When pressure comes, when troubles and trials are bearing down on you, remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead!

Remember that when Jesus arose, you arose. When He came out of hell and defeated the enemy, you came out of hell and defeated the enemy. His victory is your victory because you’re in Him.

In the hard places, remember that. When the devil tells you you’re not going to get your answer this time, remember that. When he tells you there’s no way out, you remember Christ, the Anointed One, the Victorious Conqueror, risen from the dead and seated at the right hand of the Father!

If there’s an image Satan hates more than any other, it must be that image of Jesus, rising from the dead, stripping him forever of his authority, and openly displaying his defeat to all of heaven and hell. That’s the picture you need to keep in the forefront of your mind. Think about it until it’s etched into your heart so deeply that nothing Satan says or does can get it out of you.

That’s when the gifts of God will be established in your life. That’s when the devil won’t be able to talk you out of your inheritance with trials and tribulations. Keep in mind Jesus Christ, risen from the dead!

  2. Amen! That indeed is something 2 do each and every day and keep it fresh within our minds daily. We need not 2 be overwhelmed by the enemy. If u have the Holy Ghost, u must remember and trust, that the Lord Jesus Christ is always with u. For he waits upon u, 2 call upon his name, that he may go before u and fight for u, but we 2 must follow all his instructions, in which he has given us, thru his word and do our part, as he would have us do. "Thank u," Bro. Ashcraft 4 should a "AWESOME" reminder, in dealing with the enemy. God bless u always & your lovely family.

  3. 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” We must search ourselves and never allow a day go by that we do not do a self-check and repent. Then we must go a step further we must lay all our sins at Jesuses feet and ask him to go to the root of each of our sins and that which caused the sin must be removed and ask God to deliver us from our sins and ask to make us daily righteous holy and pure. Pray and ask for us to been as Job was in Gods eyes daily. Lay all your burdens at his feet. This was an amazing OMBS
