OMBS7/ Healing always comes!

PRAYER - "Speaking Psalms And Singing Songs"

When the river of the Holy Ghost flows through your life, your entire lifestyle will exude Holy Spirit. You will talk about things of God. You will quote scriptures, recite poems, sing songs about your experiences and relationship with God, and you will be thankful. Have you done a reality check lately? Do you sing and praise God enough?

Ephesians 5:19-20 - "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God ...in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ."

PRINCIPAL - "Jesus Became Sin"

Paul said (in Greek), "for him who knew no sin, he hath made sin." Certainly, Jesus is not sin incarnate, because He is exactly the opposite - GOD incarnate! Neither was Jesus a sinner. He never once transgressed any law of God, so was NEVER GUILTY. What did Paul mean? God made the man Jesus vicariously bear judgment for sin for all who would be reconciled to God, freeing them from sin and death.

2 Corinthians 5:21 - "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

PRINCIPLE - "The Ministry Of Reconciliation"

At the beginning, Paul commended himself and his fellow ministers, "that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance." Vainglorious, insincere ministers are exposed and shamed by truly godly and humble ministers. Real men of God restore men's faith in God. Their task is to reconcile them; to re-establish the relationship with God that was estranged by sin.

2 Corinthians 5:18-19 - "[God] hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, ...and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation."

PROPHECY - "I Will Dwell In Them, And Walk In Them"

The most persuasive reason why we should not be yoked together with unbelievers is that our bodies are the temple of the living God, and must be kept holy and sanctified. There is no agreement between the temple of God and idols or other worldly entities. Vast numbers of professing Christians seem completely unaware that the reason God saves us is to INHABIT us by the Holy Ghost. Empty yourself of everything but God.

2 Corinthians 6:16 - "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."

Healing Always Comes

And these signs shall follow them that believe...they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

- Mark 16:17-18

I used to get upset over people I'd lay hands on who wouldn't get well. I was praying one day and seeking God about it when He spoke to my spirit and said, Healing always comes.

I remember I said, "What do You mean, Healing always comes? Not everyone gets healed."

I didn't say they all received it, He answered. Then He spoke very sternly to me. I do My part. And I said they would recover!

Those words hit me like a ton of bricks. He said they would recover. He never lies. So if He said they would recover, then that means healing always comes. It's not God who's holding back. It's the receivers who aren't receiving.

Since then, I've never had any trouble laying hands on people and believing for them to be healed. Whether they walk away well or not, I just keep standing in faith for them. In fact, I know if that fellow who went away still sick ever lines his faith up with God and me—I don't care if it's five years from now—he'll be healed.

If you've laid hands on someone who didn't receive his healing, don't cut off the flow of God's power by withdrawing your faith. Stand fast. Keep believing that healing always comes and somewhere down the line that poor sick fellow may just decide to stand up and agree with you!

  1. Amen!

Each time, I've been sick my God has always been faithful.

Sometimes he heals me quickly, other times slowly, but he always heals me.

4 God is truly faithful and I give him all the glory, 4 always being there 4 me.

So don't ever give up believing, 4 he is able 2 do all things.

I've learned thur time, 2 just hold on 2 him and his word.

An before u know it, his done what he said, he would do.

    "4 God's timing, isn't our timing."

God is God and his in control.

    Sincerely, Monica
