When God says “go,” it’s often without giving the full picture. Maybe He’s urging you to leave something familiar—a job, relationship, or place—without revealing the destination. This uncertainty can feel overwhelming, but it’s where faith grows. In Genesis 12, God called Abraham to leave his home and follow Him to an unknown land. Abraham didn’t know where he was going but trusted God’s promise. Faith means acting not on what we see, but on trusting God’s character and His plan. Faith isn’t always comfortable. Abraham’s journey required letting go of security and stepping into the unknown. God calls us to “go” not for immediate comfort, but to find freedom in His truth. Why does God leave details unclear? - To grow faith: Without all the answers, we learn to trust Him step by step. - To protect us from fear: Knowing the whole journey might overwhelm us. - To refine relationships: Not everyone is meant to walk with us; some things must be left behind. Obedience brings momentum. Isaiah 40:31 says, “Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.” Trusting God positions us to rise above challenges, while delay can stall His work in us. | |||
REFLECTION | |||
Ask yourself: What is God asking you to leave behind—fear, comfort, or others’ opinions? What step of faith is He calling you to take? Like Abraham, follow boldly, trusting His faithfulness every step of the way. Real Progress Daily < |
Throughout the Pentateuch (the first five books, written by Moses), an almost countless array of sins are condemned. But among the reasons for the five major offerings for sins, lies, deception and bearing false witness ranked among the worst of all. The God of Truth hates lies, deception and false testimony. Liars are reckoned among the worst of sinners. Only speak truth.
Leviticus 6:2-6 - "If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour... or hath deceived his neighbour; or ...sweareth falsely; ...he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD."
Compensation For The Priests
God stipulated that the priests should keep a portion of the burnt offerings, meat offerings, peace offerings, sin offerings, and trespass offerings for themselves. Prophetically, this sets a divine precedent that all ministers of all ages should be compensated for their services in the ministry.
Leviticus 7:35 - "This is the portion ...out of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, in the day when he presented them to minister unto the LORD in the priest's office; Which the LORD commanded to be given them of the children of Israel, ...by a statute for ever throughout their generations."
Congregation
Once the Tabernacle was fully prepared and Moses had thoroughly given instructions pertaining to all the service of the Tabernacle, he called the people together to the door of the Tabernacle to witness the consecration of the Priesthood. This was the first occasion for all of Israel to attend a holy service at the house of God, but it set a precedent. Even in the New Testament, we are not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together at God's house.
Leviticus 8:3 - "And gather thou all the congregation together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation."
The Ephod
The High Priest wore an elaborate vestment called the ephod. Two onyx stones on the shoulders contained the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. Twelve precious stones were mounted on the front on blue, red, and white embroidered linen. Also called the Urim and Thummin, when the Priest consulted God before the Ark of the Covenant, the stones illuminated if God blessed, or gave a "yes" answer. Dull stones meant God's cursing, or a "no" answer.
Leviticus 8:7 - "...and he girded him with the curious girdle of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith."

Jesus Birth/ The Price/ OMBS7
God’s announcement of Jesus’ birth to shepherds reminds us that He sees each of us, no matter where we are in life. Shepherds were humble, lowly workers, often forgotten by society. But on that night, the sky opened up with angelic songs, and these shepherds were the first to hear about the Savior’s arrival. God’s choice to share this “good tidings of great joy” with them shows us that His love is for everyone—regardless of our status or position. Sometimes, God speaks to us in unexpected ways and places, just as He did with the shepherds in their fields. His joy and presence can reach us anywhere, even in life’s simplest or hardest moments. Jesus said, "If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me" (Matthew 16:24). There has always been a price to follow Christ, and for many it has been the ultimate price. Follow The Cloud From the first day the Tabernacle was in service, for thirty-eight years, God's glory was manifest as a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night in the sight of all the people. When the cloud moved, they moved. When it stayed, they stayed. Always follow God wherever He leads. Exodus 40:36-37 - "And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys: But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up." Leviticus Leviticus is a seminal document, in many ways more profound than the United States Declaration of Independence or Constitution. How? First, Leviticus sets in order the priesthood, and by default, organized religion. Secondly, it contains the germ form of a universal code of civil law that now rules not only Israel, but also most of Western civilization. Although Hammurabi's Code (Babylon) predates "Moses' Law," the Judaeo-Christian ethic can be seen far more predominantly in governments everywhere. Leviticus 8:5 - "And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the LORD commanded to be done." Sacrificing A Male Without Blemish God instructed Moses to tell the people to bring sacrificial offerings to the priests so atonement could be made for their sins. Specifically, they had to be male cattle, sheep or goats, without blemish. And they had to be presented voluntarily. All these conditions prefigured Jesus Christ, spotless lamb, who freely offered up His life for our sins. Leviticus 1:3 - "If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD." The Meat Offering The meat offerings were different from the blood sacrifices. "Meat" is a general term the ancients used to refer to all food. The meat offering was a FOOD offering. It had to be unleavened bread (baked, cooked or fried) with oil, and salted. Part was burned on the altar to the Lord, and part became the priests' food. It also symbolized Jesus, the bread of life. Leviticus 2:8 - "And thou shalt bring the meat offering that is made of these things unto the LORD: and when it is presented unto the priest, he shall bring it unto the altar." |

Be Satisfied/ OMBS7
With long life will I satisfy [you], and show [you] my salvation.
Psalm 91:16
Did you know that it's not God's will for you or anyone to die young? His will for you is to live the full number of your days. You ought to live 70 or 80 years, and if you are not satisfied, live awhile longer! The Bible says that when Abraham died, he died at a good old age, full of years. That's the way it ought to be with all of us.
Some believers don't realize that and they've gotten themselves in a mess. When they get sick, instead of just believing for healing, they start wondering if it's God's will for them to die. Maybe He's ready to call me home, they think.
Don't ever entertain thoughts like that. If God has His way, He won't call you home until you're good and ready to come. The Apostle Paul understood that. In 2 Timothy 4:6-7, he said, "For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." Paul didn't die until he and Jesus were ready for him to go.
Regardless of your age, if the devil is telling you God isn't going to heal you because it's time for you to go home, he is lying to you. God promises in Psalm 91:16 that if you are living under the shadow of the Most High, He will satisfy you with long life. (That means that you are abiding in Him as Jesus taught in John 15.)
If you're not satisfied that you have finished your course yet on this earth, it's not time for you to die. So ignore the devil and keep right on living. Resist sickness and disease in the Name of Jesus. Stand on God's promise!
Then, when you're ready to go on to heaven, go! But go satisfied, healed and ready! Go in victory shouting the words of that old joy-filled song—"Heaven is near and I can't stay here. Goodbye world, goodbye."

Name of Jesus/ OMBS7 Plus 4 videos
Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk” (Acts 3:6).
Sometimes it looks like we have lost the battle – a sudden financial downturn, a bad news report, the scale won’t budge except by moving upwards. But we know that even if it looks like we have lost a fight, God is the author of our lives, and He is not content with letting the devil have the last word. Continue down below
Thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus...” (2 Corinthians 2:14).
At these times when we are tempted to lose our faith and hope, we need to remember that God will engineer a rematch in such cases, and He has rigged the outcome by giving us an unbeatable weapon – His name.
We believers have been given an amazing gift, the authority in His name to pray and to exercise His power in this world. The name of Jesus carries inherent power to cause every adverse thing to bow, and will pull you out of whatever you’ve been stuck in.
There is healing and deliverance available in the name of Jesus. If you want to turn the battle around, draw a line in the sand against the forces of evil, and shout the name of Jesus!
And what better way to learn the power of the name of Jesus than examining the Acts 3 account of Peter, John and the paralytic by the Beautiful Gate.

Intercessions/ OMBS7/ intercede
What does the Bible say about Intercession? - Intercessory Prayer Scriptures
Intercession, as mentioned in the Bible, refers to the act of praying on behalf of others, often seeking God's mercy, guidance, or intervention in their lives. The concept of intercession is deeply rooted in various passages throughout the Bible, emphasizing the importance of believers lifting up their fellow human beings in prayer.
One notable example is found in the New Testament, specifically in the book of 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (NIV), where the Apostle Paul encourages believers to engage in intercessory prayer: "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness."
Additionally, the Bible portrays Jesus Christ as the ultimate intercessor, mediating between God and humanity. In the book of Hebrews 7:25(NIV), it is stated, "Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him because he always lives to intercede for them." This verse highlights Jesus' ongoing role in advocating for believers before God.
Intercession is not limited to specific individuals; believers are encouraged to intercede for one another, for leaders, and the world at large. The Bible underscores the transformative power of prayer and the potential impact it can have on the lives of those being prayed for. Through intercession, believers demonstrate a commitment to selflessly seek the well-being and spiritual growth of others, reflecting the biblical principles of love, compassion, and community.
- The Bible presents praying for others as a responsibility for all Christians, not just a select few.
- Examples in scripture:
- Jesus praying for his enemies: Luke 23:34, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do".
- Paul's requests for prayer: In his epistles, Paul often asks fellow believers to pray for him and his ministry.
- James 5:16: "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed".
- This phrase, often referenced in Ezekiel 22, describes the act of actively intervening through prayer to prevent calamity or plead for God's mercy on behalf of others.
