PRAYER - "Always Repent Before Partaking Of The Lord's Supper" If you partake of the bread and the cup of the Lord's Supper (Communion), you must examine yourself first. Never partake of Communion in an unrepentant state. "Whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. ...he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. Always repent first. 1 Corinthians 11:30 - "For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged." PRINCIPAL - "The Bread And Wine Of Communion" The Roman Catholic Church teaches the false doctrine of transubstantiation - that the communion bread and wine becomes in substance the literal flesh and blood of Jesus. If true, we would be committing cannibalism every time we partake of communion. Such a preposterous notion does not deserve the time it takes for a rebuttal. Besides, the Law forbids drinking blood or eating that which dieth of itself. Jesus could only have intended symbolism.  1 Corinthians 11:27 - "Whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord." PRINCIPLE - "Let Her Be Covered: Shorn (Cut) Hair Means Uncovered" Not one woman in a million is proud to be bald. Almost without exception, women who lose their hair because of medical reasons wear wigs or hats to avoid embarrassment or unnecessary attention. For thousands of years, women everywhere wore uncut hair. Women who cut their hair had a bad reputation. Hollywood glorified such women and styles, but the Bible still instructs all women to wear long uncut hair. Paul said that shorn hair equals shaven, and that means UNCOVERED.  1 Corinthians 11:6 - "If it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered." PROPHECY - "No Man Can Say Jesus Is The Lord But By Holy Ghost" Anyone who worships an idol is obviously not very discerning about the true nature or identity of God. Paul called them "dumb idols." Not surprisingly, ordinary men do not discern the true diety of Jesus Christ. Unless the Spirit of God opens your eyes, you will never comprehend the Mighty God in Christ. The Eternal Spirit is embodied in Him. "God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself." 1 Corinthians 12:3 - "No man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost." Some years back, I was praying and walking the floor of our little house in Tishomingo. Ms. I was walking up and down confessing 1 John 4:4, "Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world." Greater is He.... Greater is He.... Suddenly, revelation knowledge welled up in me and I knew, Oh! God is in me! It hit me like someone walked up and slapped me with a wet rag. It just shook me awake. I started to stomp grandly around that old house. All of a sudden, I wasn't just a poor preacher living in a shack anymore! I was the dwelling place of the Most High God! That changed my thinking about so many things. I looked at my hands and it hit me. His fingers are in my fingers! I looked at my legs. His legs are in my legs. His feet are in my feet! If I walk into danger, He walks into danger. Now, when I hear people say, "Brother, my prayers aren't getting any higher than the ceiling," I want to say, "Higher than the ceiling? They don't need to get any higher than your nose! He's inside you! The Author of your prayers, the Author of your faith, Jesus of Nazareth has taken residency inside you. Hallelujah!" Some people think you don't get filled with the Spirit until you receive the Baptism in the Holy Ghost. But that's is so. The Holy Spirit came into you when you made Jesus Lord of your life. He came into you when you were born again. Getting baptized in the Holy Spirit is another thing all together. It's when the power of the Holy Ghost comes upon you to empower you for service (Acts 1:8). That means even if you've just been born again two second by speaking in tongues, Jesus is in you! He's living there, and He will be from now on. Can you fathom that? If you'll spend some time thinking about it and meditating on it, you can receive revelation of it just like I did. It will start growing in your spirit and eventually change your whole life. "As God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people" (2 Corinthians 6:16). Jesus is in you. That's the most glorious truth in the Word of God. Let that truth come alive in you today.
