Tonight is the last night of our revival! I urge my friends and family if you have not come please make an effort to come! Miracles have happened and I have many healings with things I have dealt with for year. Back pain, neck and hearing all healed! To God be glory for the things he has done.
PRAYER - "Repenting for Someone Else"
Who would you pray for if you knew YOUR prayers would prevent harsh judgment for sins? Hezekiah repented for the people's failures, and God showed mercy.
2 Chronicles 30:18-20 - "...had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD pardon every one that prepareth his heart to seek God, the LORD God of his fathers, though he be not cleaned according to the purification of the sanctuary. And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people."
PRINCIPALS - "Ishmael"
This story is enormously important today. One-fourth the world's population (Muslims) believe God's Abrahamic covenant was through Ishmael, not Isaac. But Ishmael was a surrogate child. His mother despised Sarai. He mocked Sarai. They both had bad attitudes. That is why they were cast away. God TOLD Abraham to put them away. God said Ishmael's descendants would be many, wild, and against every man. Abraham circumcised Ishmael at age 13, but today, the Qu'ran does not teach circumcision.
Genesis 17:21 - "But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee."
PRINCIPLES - "Law of Diminishing Return"
Life on earth has little promise. In economics, any system that requires constantly increasing input to maintain equal output is said to have a diminishing return. That law dominates this world. Alcoholics require more liquor. Drug addicts need more drugs. More money. More food. More sex. More parties. Bigger houses. Fancier cars. Solomon concluded that life is a vain pursuit. Solution? Seek God's kingdom - only God can give unlimited satisfaction with no diminishing return.
Ecclesiastes 6:7 - "All the labour of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled."
PROPHECIES - "The Time of Life"
Sarah was ninety years old when the LORD told Abraham she would conceive. They both laughed. But God had the last laugh. He ordered them to call the baby Isaac - "laughter." God works on a schedule, but we do not always know His schedule unless He chooses to tell us what it is. If God says, "nine months from now," get ready!
Genesis 18:13-15 - "Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son."
It's Beginning to Rain
Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
– Joel 2:23
There’s a spiritual flood coming. God has promised it. He’s promised us an outpouring of Holy Spirit power that will bring in the greatest harvest of souls any of us have ever seen.
As believers, we’ve been reading about it in the Word and hearing about it from the pulpit for years. We’ve been staring toward heaven so long, waiting for it to come, that we’ve gotten cricks in our spiritual necks. We’ve had this mental image of God pouring down His Spirit from some sort of big heavenly pitcher above us.
But you know what? We’ve been looking in the wrong direction!
The pitchers God is going to use to pour out His power are right here on earth. Jesus explained it this way. “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water” (John 7:38).
The end-time flood we’ve all been expecting is going to be composed of living waters that will pour forth from believers. The Holy Spirit within us will be the source of all the signs and wonders and miracles the prophets foretold. And when we begin to fervently pray the prayer of intercession, the flood of that power will begin to flow.
Zechariah 10:1 says, “Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.”
Our prayers, our intercession, are what will release the great outpouring of God’s Spirit. As we begin to join together and cry out to God, the rivers of living water within each one of us will join together and become a flood of spiritual power in the earth.
So, ask, pray for a Holy Ghost gully-washer. Intercede for the outpouring. Make this mighty flood of spiritual power a priority in your prayer life.
Glory to God, it’s already beginning to rain!
